My only concern is that the store is located in Taiwan and I’ve heard that Vanilla Visa is only valid in USA, so does that mean I cannot buy anything from that website? The online store is an english website that accepts US dollar, but will it accept my gift card?

Also, if the website says that it accepts payment through paypal, does my card work with paypal?
